Volkswagen Technician/Mechanic

You will have the opportunity to work within our high-specification facilities and dedicated areas that have been purpose-built to support electric vehicle diagnosis, repair and battery technology, ensuring you remain at the forefront of the next generation of automotive engineering.

• Completing scheduled servicing and repairs in line with Volkswagen manufacturer guidelines
• Undertaking diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues
• Carrying out repairs on mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
• Conducting electronic visual health checks (IVHC) and providing clear recommendations
• Liaising with Service Advisors and supporting an outstanding customer experience
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high-quality standard
• Participating in Volkswagen manufacturer training and personal development programmes
• Supporting and mentoring apprentice technicians where applicable

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• MOT licence preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Understanding of wiring diagrams and diagnostic processes
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence required
